Commentary: Bond Funds Gain; Stock Funds Falter

Bond funds saw their total returns increase further in the fourth quarter, capping off a strong 2011. Nearly every bond fund category made shareholders wealthier last year, with five categories generating double-digit returns. Only convertible bond and currency international bond funds posted average negative rates of return.

The Jambox uses the “core analog acoustics” of the foxL, with a modified enclosure. Head-to-head, the two deliver a very similar listening experience. In the end, the biggest difference is in design and visual appeal.

Sitelight – Jemstep
Jemstep is a free online portfolio guidance and management system designed for individual investors. According to the Jemstep, the website uses technology to provide objective, transparent ratings for more than 20,000 mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Jemstep takes into account your objectives, goals and risk tolerance and identifies recommended investment options. In addition, Jemstep is able to track your holdings.

AAII Investor Update: The Dovish Fed and Your Investments
