Topic: The State of the U.S. National and Regional Economies
Speaker: Rick Kaglic, Senior Regional Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond
Our speaker will be taking a big-picture look at the state of our national and regional economies, including which factors are driving output growth and which are holding it back. Rick Kaglic will also share some thoughts on the progress the economy is making toward meeting the Federal Reserve’s “dual mandates” of low inflation and maximum employment. Finally, Kaglic will provide an outlook for the U.S. economy as well as the risks of that outlook.
