Lori Schock will discuss how the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act has changed the landscape for investors since its enactment in July 2010. Schock will discuss the new studies and many new rules that the SEC must enforce as a result of Dodd-Frank. She will also discuss recent SEC rulemakings and current regulatory decisions.
